Jalebi is a traditional, crispy, juicy, saffron hued sweet made from fermented batter of wheat flour & lentil. The batter is extruded in a pretzel-like shape, deep-fried and dipped in sugar syrup for a few seconds. Jalebis are traditionally enjoyed worldwide as breakfast with a glass of milk.
